The 3 golden technique rules

Factor 1: Body tension

Concept: Without an activated core not a single gymnastics element works. Tip: Drill the hollow position: tilt the pelvis slightly, abs tight – the arched back is your most frequent enemy.

Factor 2: Landing mechanics

Concept: Uncontrolled landings are deducted points AND injury risk in one. Tip: Absorb softly on both feet – bend knees and hips actively before attempting higher jumps.

Factor 3: Perfection before progression

Concept: Bent knees and floppy feet burn in as permanent errors. Tip: From the very first exercise: legs fully extended, toes maximally pointed.

Pro tip: Film your basic elements from the side: hollow position and pointed feet never lie on video. Ten clean seconds beat ten shaky minutes.
