In order of prestige: onsight, flash, redpoint. Onsight is considered the hardest style because you have to read the route while climbing it, without having watched anyone or received beta. A flash allows watching and being told the solution, but still only one attempt. Redpoint means climbing it clean without falling or hanging on the rope, after any number of prior attempts. An important distinction: hanging after a fall and continuing from there is not a redpoint — that's a hangdogging or toprope ascent. These labels aren't pedantry; they're the shared language that makes climbing performances comparable at all.
