We work with AI – and we say openly where. This page explains which content is created with artificial intelligence, how it is labelled and who stands behind it editorially (Art. 50 EU AI Act).
Where AI is used
- Images: guide, sport and infographic images are AI-generated and carry the EU label. They show no real people, places or events.
- Technique coach: the movement analysis and the coaching report are produced by an AI system, not by a human.
- News and briefings: headlines and context are generated automatically from the sources linked in each item.
- Training and nutrition plans: AI-generated from your profile data, with fixed rules and checks running behind them.
