How to delete your DOMISPORTS account and all associated data – in the app, on the website or by email.
Signed in on domisports.com: open the “Delete account” page and confirm. In the app: Centre › Profile › scroll to the bottom › “Delete account”. Without access to the account: send an email with the subject “Delete account” from the account address to kontakt@domisports.de; we delete without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.
Account data, training and health data, coach analyses, community content including chat messages, profile picture and challenge evidence, newsletter subscription. An active Pro subscription is cancelled beforehand.
Invoices and payment records held by the payment provider Stripe for the statutory retention period (§ 147 German Fiscal Code / § 257 German Commercial Code), moderation notes without your identifier, content other people wrote about you, and email logs (proof of delivery and unsubscribe for your address).
