Gravity riding on the Schöckl: Gedscho drops 510 vertical metres over 1,960 m (black, rocks, roots, drops), Gibim runs 1,690 m at an intermediate grade, and Vurnowi flows 1,350 m over forest soil. Beginners practise in the 550 m minibike and coaching zone at the valley station. Summer operation 1 May to 31 October.

Bikepark Muttereralm plus trails on the city's doorstep: The Chainless One drops 7.6 km at an easy grade, The First One 2.4 km intermediate, The Rough One 2 km hard. Add the Arzler Alm Trail (3.8 km, intermediate) and the short, hard Hungerburg Trail (550 m). Wild One and Rough One close Mondays and Tuesdays 1 Jul–15 Sep, then run weekends only.

Bike Republic Sölden combines 17 shaped lines totalling over 42 km with 16 natural trails, served by five bike lifts at Giggijoch and Gaislachkogl up to around 2,787 m. Add pump tracks, skills areas and more than 310 km of MTB routes without lift support; bike schools and guides are based in the village.

Touring terrain around Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn: waymarked routes such as the Schmittenhöhe tour (12 km, 1,202 m of climbing) or the Kitzsteinhorn uphill (23.4 km, 2,179 m). The Schmittenhöhebahn and trassXpress carry bikes (EUR 10 each). Off-road riding is only allowed 1 May–31 Aug, 8am–7pm, and 1 Sep–1 Nov, 8:30am–4pm.
