Manta Point runs 5 to 18 m and is Open Water terrain, though there is surface swell; mantas are there year-round rather than seasonally. Crystal Bay reaches 35 m and counts as an advanced site because thermoclines of 16 to 20 °C roll in from July to October — which is also the mola mola window.

Cape Kri off Kri Island is a sloping reef down to 40 m; a single count there documented 374 fish species. The current runs parallel to the reef, moderate to strong, so it is dived as a drift — intermediate to advanced level, visibility 20 to 30 m. Main season is October to April with water at 27 to 30 °C.
